Where do I even begin! This entire team are so incredible and we will be forever grateful for them taking such amazing care of our Maxie. Max was taken in Tuesday at 9am and within minutes I was made aware that he may be in a very serious position with his bladder. FLUTD is something Iād never heard of, and left with more than enough information to ensure I know how to look after our cat (and any future cats we may have). Dr Sarah was so kind and patient and calmly spoke me through the treatment plan for Max, and I was constantly given updates on his progress. The nurses, vets and reception staff were nothing short of impeccable with their level of care, communication and compassion. The moment I stepped into the clinic I could feel and knew that Max would be in the best care, and indeed he was with a great recovery and able to come home a few days later. The entire teams level of knowledge and ability to help explain each step of his recovery was amazing, and we appreciated that everyone at the clinic fell just as in love with our sweet boy as we are at home. So from our hearts we cannot thank everyone at Racecourse Road Vet Clinic for their truly incredible service, support and care. If Google would let me I would give you 100 stars! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU ā¤ļø
EDIT-Thankyou for everything you did for my baby boy in the last 24 hours, heartbroken but thankful
As a first time kitten owner, I brought my little dude Rizzo here. Amazing service and care for our first visit. Definitely our vet moving forward. Highly recommend

First time client, with a my Cat who was sick. I knocked on their door early with no appointment, Cat was seen immediately and within 10-15 min we knew how sick he really was. They operated within a couple of hours and saved his life. The expertise, the care, THE COMMUNICATION, and amazing staff are to be commended for above and beyond service and knowledge. I have used a vet in the city for 28 years and always driven up with my animals. I have now found a vet practise locally that I trust with all my cats and dogs.
Staff are very nice and respectful. The vet was supper easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Will continue to use from now on.
Such a great vet who is reasonably priced and knowledgeable when it comes to large and giant breeds.
The vet, Hannah, was fantastic with our 2 boys especially our great dane who really does not like getting his nails clipped.
Will definitely ask for her again.
Had given them a 4 stars intially but downgrade now (to 0 if I could)
I was a regular customer with 3 dogs until a particular incident.
My dog was stung by a bee, and the centre refused to see my dog without an appointment although it was an emergency, instead they asked me to drive the dog to a hospital. Nearest hospital is in Dandenong.
I had to ask Greencross vets off main street to help and they did. They gave her the necessary first aid... apparently she just needed an anti allergen as she was having an allergic reaction to the bees venom. Her face and tongue had swollen up.
Pretty pathetic I must say...you lost your regular customer. You clearly advert animal emergency as one of your services and you didn't bother to look after your regular customer.. you'll didn't even see my dog to give first aid or check if it was life threatening.
This was about a year ago...I've never visited the centre since then and never will.
I have no other complaints. Vets are good but when it comes to looking after your regular customers especially during emergencies you'll are pretty disgusting. My girl could have died. I will never every step into your centre..not now not in 30 years.
I wouldn't recommend this vet unless you have a backup for emergencies.
Amazing staff, very friendly. Professional vets who actually listen to you and clearly love animals. Best vets I've ever taken my dog to.
